A brief introduction to KLD-(1421F) series sorting machine.
1 Sorting machine for load of compression spring is a new type of online synchronous testing equipment with the combination of precision machinery, light, gas and electricity.
2 The specimen is sent into the hole of the rotary plate by vibrating automatic feeding device, and the rotary plate rotates intermittently. The first cylinder drives the press head to complete the preloading process.
The second station and the third station are driven by servomotor to compress the spring and transfer it to the load sensor at the bottom. The sensor outputs the corresponding electrical signal, which is processed by microcomputer. Besides for display, different exits are also opened according to instructions, making the spring fall into the corresponding pipeline.
3 Spring compression and rotary disc rotation intermittently, successively achieve separation. The pressure head of the second station and the pressure head of the third station have the same function and can work at different compression heights respectively.
4 In order to ensure the smooth sorting and compression of beat, the beat control interlock protection is implemented. That is, when the table rotates, the head cannot work, when the head works, the table cannot rotate.
