This testing machine is mainly used for torsional fatigue test of vortex coil spring and torsional fatigue test of cylindrical spiral torsional spring under compression condition.
The control system adopts PLC control, and the liquid crystal screen displays the parameters under the test state.
Frequency adjustment is realized by using frequency converter to control three-phase variable frequency motor.
The reciprocating Angle of torsion can be adjusted. It is realized by eccentric structure.
No torque measurement.
Features
The fatigue test of cylindrical spiral torsional spring is carried out under axial compression. The machine has an axial compression mechanism, which can be used for axial compression by hand wheel
This machine is suitable for the left and right rotation of the spring, the different methods of torsion by the fixture auxiliary adjustment.
