KEZ- series wire torsion testing machine is a new type of wire torsion testing machine with digital display developed by our factory. Used for testing the ability of metal wire to withstand plastic deformation in unidirectional or bidirectional torsion and to show the surface and internal defects of the wire. It provides a reliable measuring method for the production and use of wire rod

Structural features

The wire torsion testing machine consists of mechanical part and electrical part. The counting is changed from the original mechanical structure to the electronic counting, and the minimum count is up to 0.1 turn. The axial and rotating forces in the test, the coil number latch when the test specimen is disconnected, and the termination test are all controlled by the electronic circuit, and the operation is simple and convenient.
 
The left end of the machine is the axial movable chuck, the movement of the chuck adopts the linear bearing, the friction resistance is small, reliable to ensure the flatness of the axial movement. The axial weight is applied, and the precision of the weight is ±1%.

Electrical system: contains of the power supply part, control part, LCD display part.
