Application and features

It is mainly used for reciprocating fatigue test of arc spring or torsional spring in the specified torque range, reciprocating fatigue test in the specified Angle range, editing of fatigue test mode, alternating test of various modes, and static performance test of torsional spring.

Principle and characteristics

◇2.1 computer as the main body, based on PCI bus technology, full digital control, set PID regulation, measurement and amplification, screen display, data acquisition and data processing technology as one, high integration, is the more advanced unit of domestic dynamic control technology;
◇2.2 dynamic and static closed-loop control of test force, displacement/deformation and smooth switching of control mode can be realized. As a test force or displacement test, test frequency, signal category (such as all kinds of waveform control) for dynamic test, or automatic control experiment was carried out in accordance with the user defined spectrum (process control). During the test, new test parameters can be set or the control mode can be switched smoothly without interrupting the test.
◇2.3 signal generator unit: provide a variety of input control test waveforms for the system, including: sine wave, square wave, triangle wave, trapezoidal wave, statically loaded oblique wave and custom waveforms, etc.
◇2.4 hydraulic control unit: provide all the control required by the hydraulic device of the test system, including motor start, stop, switch between high and low pressure and other functions;
◇2.5 measurement and control software system:
WindowsXP platform, menu operation, provides fast access to any parameters or functions. All parameters can be entered through the keyboard or adjusted with simple arrow keys. The test parameters are all set digitally, and the main functions of the test are equipped with shortcut keys.
◇2.6 controller unit: control mode: force, displacement/deformation fully digital PID closed-loop control, the control mode can be switched smoothly without disturbance; Can realize torque control or Angle control.
◇2.7 the system has protection functions such as overload, overpressure, overtemperature and specimen fracture.
◇2.8 the system can realize automatic control, fault recording and automatic shutdown protection.
