KLD (1421) spring load test machine is used for strength test, mechanical properties and process capability analysis of various springs. Imported AC servo motor and the speed and precision ball screw drive system, with high precision load sensor, displacement sensor and digital data acquisition card and PC unit into measurement and control system, realize the stable and reliable operation and accurate measurement, adopt three load sensor connection technology, prevent spring partial load on the result of test. The low handling spring of the test platform is convenient, and the auxiliary small platform is also equipped to push the spring directly.
