Application and features

KPD-G (1221) type spring high frequency fatigue testing machine (tester for short), mainly used for compression coil spring life test; Limit test. And then the spring performance parameters, materials and manufacturing process to do all kinds of comparison. It is also possible to make fatigue life test curves of springs at different frequencies by changing the mass of the vibration. The above tests can also be performed on other elastic components similar to springs.

Principle and characteristics

The testing machine adopts electromagnetic excitation, specimen (spring) resonance principle. The control system adopts pulse width modulation principle and high power switch circuit. Vibration system automatically in a better state of resonance without adjustment. Start on the trigger, stable and reliable performance, operation is very simple. The number of vibration and frequency of the specimen (spring) is displayed by digital tube and the number can be set.
The testing machine has the advantages of short test cycle, high efficiency, low noise, no wear, low power consumption, etc.
